Research, Insights & Industry Collaboration

This Research Hub gathers the stories, data, and truths that sit beneath organisational culture. Through white papers co-authored with industry, sector insights, and the Women in Transport Podcast, we explores how behaviour, belonging, and leadership shape the way people work and what it takes to build organisations where every generation can thrive.

Listen up!

Hosted by Shireen Ali-Khan, the Women in Transport Podcast brings together voices from across the sector to explore leadership, culture, inclusion, and lived experience. Through honest conversations with industry leaders and practitioners, the podcast surfaces the realities behind policy and progress and what meaningful change really requires.

Shaping Future Research

Alongside her white papers, Shireen Ali-Khan conducts ongoing research into lived experience, identity, and belonging and invites others to help inform this work by taking part in the studies below.
