All programmes are delivered virtually. In practice this is what works best. You are more likely to show up, more likely to be on time and more likely to be in the right headspace when you do not have to factor in a commute.

Can coaching be tailored to a specific challenge or goal?

Shireen holds an NLP Diploma. NLP, or Neuro-Linguistic Programming, is a behavioural framework that underpins how Shireen works with clients across all three coaching programmes.
