The diary is running you. Everything has piled up. You know something needs to change but you cannot see where to start. Reset and Rebuild is designed for exactly that moment.

This is not just a conversation. You come in, we do the work together, and you leave with clarity, a restructured plan and the tools to keep moving.

A 30-minute discovery call agrees the focus. That could be getting on top of a workload that has got away from you, preparing for a new role or a return to work, rebuilding structure after disruption, or making a decision you have been putting off.

A one-hour virtual session establishes the foundation. Then a virtual three-hour deep-dive does the practical work. It could be a Diary audit, Communication and energy audit, Priority sorting. We physically restructure and rebuild using the 12 Minute Hero Method. There is a break midway through.

Three virtual 45-minute follow-up sessions embed what has changed and keeps momentum going.

Each block includes regular virtual one-to-one sessions, in-session tools and frameworks drawn from behavioural science, and a continuous thread of accountability and challenge. The pace, frequency and focus are shaped around you.
